Icarus Wellness and Recovery Offer Local Garden City ID Rehab Services for Addiction and Mental Health

We provide highly individualized care for addiction and mental health. All clients work with the professionals at Icarus to create a tailored treatment plan that fits their unique needs.

Drug and Alcohol Detox

Dedicated medical detox provides supervision and treatment for people going through acute withdrawal. Usually, this takes about 3-10 days at an external facility.

After detox, clients can start therapy in one of our inpatient or outpatient drug rehab programs.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our partial hospitalization programs can act as an alternative to or a step down from inpatient drug rehab or mental health treatment. Clients following a PHP schedule at our treatment center come to therapy daily but sleep and live at home or nearby in sober housing.

Since PHP is more intensive than other outpatient treatment options, people usually take time off from work or school for this level of care.

Residential Inpatient Treatment

Our Idaho residential inpatient treatment programs provide around-the-clock care for addiction and mental health. Clients in the residential inpatient programs at Icarus Wellness and Recovery live on-site at our treatment center, typically for around 28-60 days.

A standard treatment schedule consists of:

  • Daily groups and group therapy.
  • Individual therapy.
  • Evidence-based treatments (e.g., behavioral and motivational therapies, trauma-focused therapies, 12-step).
  • Recreation and supportive treatments (e.g., outings, yoga, art therapy).
  • Family therapy (if applicable).

Before you leave, our team will help you make an aftercare plan. Ideally, this will involve participation in an outpatient addiction recovery program for continued care.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The intensive outpatient programs at Icarus Wellness and Recovery are the next step down from PHP. With greater flexibility, IOP clients can balance therapy at our treatment center with other responsibilities, such as work or school.

Like PHP clients, people in IOP at our center near Garden City may live at their permanent home address or nearby in sober living. IOPs usually meet for a few hours per day, a few days per week.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Outpatient programs provide less intensive care for addiction and mental health, usually serving as a transitional step down from IOP. People at this care level generally get therapy 1-2 days per week.
