If you have a Molina insurance card, our Admissions team can help you understand your options for addiction and mental health treatment at Icarus Wellness and Recovery. Start with a call: we can identify your plan, review the relevant benefits, and explain the next steps.

Your card’s plan name matters. Molina offers different Idaho products, including Marketplace, Medicare, and Idaho Medicaid Plus plans. These products do not all use the same benefits or behavioral health arrangements. Our insurance coverage guide explains how we help you plan for care.

Molina Plans and Idaho Behavioral Health Benefits

A Molina Marketplace plan is different from a Medicare or Idaho Medicaid Plus plan. We use the exact product and member information on your card to identify the benefits administrator and the requirements for the care you are considering.

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare identifies Magellan Healthcare as the administrator of the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP). Our program participates in the IBHP. Call our Admissions team to confirm which services are available through your benefits.

Not every person with Medicaid receives behavioral health care through the IBHP. Magellan’s eligibility guidance lists exceptions for people enrolled in Idaho Medicaid Plus or a Medicare-Medicaid Coordinated Plan, with a limited exception for IBHP services not covered by Medicaid. We will help identify the appropriate route for your specific plan.
