Inpatient Addiction Treatment

Our residential inpatient addiction treatment program near Middleton provides around-the-clock supervision. People in inpatient rehab at Icarus Wellness and Recovery live on-site for the duration of the program, which typically lasts around 30-60 days.

Therapy begins each day after breakfast. Clients participate in daily group therapy, at least once-weekly individual therapy, and other activities (e.g., family therapy, recreation).

We’ll work with you to determine a discharge date and aftercare plan. Ideally, this will involve participation in an outpatient program.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP provides the most intensive care in an outpatient environment. Rather than live on-site, PHP clients at Icarus Wellness and Recovery come to our center for therapy daily throughout the week while sleeping at home or nearby in sober living.

Our PHP in Boise can be a starting level of care, or it can be the next step in treatment after inpatient drug rehab ends.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The intensive outpatient program at Icarus Wellness and Recovery is more flexible than PHP. Typically, IOP schedules consist of about 12 hours of therapy per week. This program makes it possible to balance responsibilities, like work, with treatment.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Outpatient programming involves attending therapy as little as 1-2 days per week. This program is typically used as ongoing support for individuals who have completed higher-level care.

Mental Health and Dual-Diagnosis

In addition to addiction recovery programs, Icarus Wellness and Recovery proudly offers mental health treatment. We provide both stand-alone mental health care and dual-diagnosis treatment for people living with addiction and one or more co-occurring mental health concerns.

Mental health challenges addressed at our center include:

• Mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder.
• Trauma, complex trauma, and post traumatic stress disorder.
• Borderline personality disorder.
• Obsessive compulsive disorder.
• Schizophrenia and related disorders.
• Eating disorders.
• Anxiety disorders.

Akin to our substance abuse programs, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programming is available for mental health and dual-diagnosis clients.
